Job summary

inspiring vet care is recruiting a Receptionist for ParkVets, Sidcup, to join the front desk across seven sites. This full-time role focuses on delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate client experience while coordinating appointments and enquiries.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, support colleagues, and use practice software daily. The position requires flexibility to work 40 hours per week across sites, including weekends.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at ParkVets, Sidcup on a full-time permanent basis.

ParkVets is a well-established, multi-site practice with a reputation for delivering outstanding veterinary care and exceptional client service. Joining our reception team means becoming part of a friendly, supportive environment where you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners across our practices.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You'll be available to work across any of our seven sites, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 8:00pm.
