Job summary

inspiring vet care in the UK is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our ParkVets, Sidcup site on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience.

You'll manage appointments, handle enquiries, support client communications and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a positive, reassuring experience at every visit.
• Support the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• Use practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Travel between practices to provide consistent reception support across our branches.
• Continually develop your skills as our services and practices evolve.
