Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Walton Lodge Vets on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients and their pets.

The 18-hour week covers Monday to Wednesday with 6-hour shifts, 8am–7pm. You will support appointments, enquiries, client communications, and administrative tasks alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Walton Lodge Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 18 hour working week, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. It will include 6hr shifts to cover opening hours 8am - 7pm.
