Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a Receptionist for Swift Referrals on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave for 10 months. You will be the welcoming first contact, managing appointments, assisting clients and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

You will handle enquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate records within a busy referral hospital environment, upholding high professional standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Frontline reception experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls clearly and pleasantly and registering referrals.
