Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist for Swift Referrals on a full-time fixed-term basis for 4 months. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, manage enquiries and work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Key duties include handling calls, registering referrals on the PMS, processing payments and insurance queries, and maintaining accurate records. A collaborative, customer-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Discuss payments and insurance with clients by phone.
• Maintain accurate client and vet records in the PMS.

• Support colleagues across clinical and non-clinical areas.
