Inspiring Vet Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist for Swift Referrals on a full-time fixed-term basis for 4 months. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while managing appointments and client communications.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and teamwork within a veterinary referral hospital environment that includes advanced imaging and specialist care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls clearly and pleasantly.
• Register referral clients on the PMS system.
• Book first assessments and rechecks; allocate to disciplines.
• Discuss payments/insurance with clients and liaise with insurers.
• Maintain accurate records of client and vet interactions.
• Handle emails and process paperwork for pet cremation where needed.
