inspiring vet care is seeking a motivated Receptionist to cover maternity leave at Swift Referrals for 10 months. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and compassionate client experience, and supporting appointment scheduling and client communications within a busy referral hospital.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, handling enquiries, bookings, payments and PMS entries, while upholding high professional standards and patient care throughout the day.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, professional experience at every interaction.
• Manage appointments and client communications; support with referrals and PMS entries.
• Handle payments, insurance discussions, and maintain accurate records in the PMS.
• Answer calls clearly, respond to emails, and liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Adhere to practice values and professional conduct; ensure safe reception areas.
