Oak Veterinary Group in Fishguard is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Support Team and provide frontline client care at the Fishguard Practice, with occasional cover at Haverfordwest and St David's.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, and support the clinical team to ensure a smooth client and patient journey. This full‑time role offers a varied schedule and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer‑facing with a helpful and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to support the Clinical Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care for clients and patients in a calm, professional manner.
• Manage bookings, record client data, and maintain the practice management system daily.
• Process client registrations and payments and assist with follow‑ups as needed.
• Support prescription handling and routine administrative tasks.
