The ideal candidate has reception experience, strong communication, empathy, and a client-focused approach. Part-time hours are 21.5 per week, with an early and late shift pattern in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must; experience in a veterinary setting is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills with genuine empathy.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience with the public.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Greet and register new clients with a warm welcome.
• Process and manage insurance forms and payments.
• Organise patients using the in-house system.
• Liaise with veterinary practices to address patient needs.
