inspiring vet care in the UK is seeking a Receptionist for White Cliffs Vets on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate client experience at every interaction.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries, support client communications and work with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. On-site facilities include a full pharmacy and more.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at White Cliffs Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

On site we have ample parking, a large client waiting area with separate dog and cat areas, a full pharmacy, in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, theatre suite and much more.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Working 40 hours over 4 days a week. Shift will be 8am-6.30pm. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.
