Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an organised, friendly Receptionist to join the White Cliffs Vets team on a full-time permanent basis. The role sits on-site with parking and a well-equipped practice, supporting a welcoming client journey.

You will manage appointments, handle enquiries and work with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth patient experience. The team emphasises care and teamwork in a busy veterinary setting.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at White Cliffs Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

On site we have ample parking, a large client waiting area with separate dog and cat areas, a full pharmacy, in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, theatre suite and much more.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Working 40 hours over 4 days a week. Shift will be 8am-6.30pm. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Duties will include: Meeting and greeting clients and their pets, booking appointments, taking payments, answering the telephone, preparing patient prescriptions and much more.
