inspiring vet care in Plymouth seeks a Lead Practice Administrator to oversee non-clinical teams across admin, reception, client communication and banking. You will lead performance, drive improvements, manage debt recovery, and ensure compliance with practice standards.

The role focuses on developing people, maintaining high service levels and coordinating with the Directors to resolve issues and improve patient care in a busy veterinary setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading admin and reception teams in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service focus with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Oversee admin, reception, client communication and banking workflows across the practice.
• Provide visible leadership to non-clinical teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Drive PHC, FAB, insurance intros and debt recovery targets with service standards.
• Manage direct reports with regular coaching, appraisals and attendance oversight.
• Lead non-clinical initiatives and ensure compliant practice operations.
• Be first line for complaints and report performance to DOP monthly.
