Job summary

inspiring vet care, the UK’s leading vet care provider, seeks a Receptionist for The Veterinary Clinic, Erdington, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the welcoming face, handling appointments and client communications to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

The role is full-time over 4 days (40 hours) with no weekends; part-time considered. You’ll work alongside two vets, two nurses and two student nurses under a practice manager and clinical director; prior animal experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Friendly, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, guiding them through the client journey.
• Manage registrations, appointments and insurance forms.
• Support billing, enquiries and client communications.
