Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Account Manager covering the Midlands & East of England. You will become a trusted partner to veterinary practices, ensuring they gain maximum value from Zoetis diagnostics equipment and services.

Your role includes onboarding new customers, supporting installation and adoption of VetScan Point of Care diagnostics, and building long-term relationships across your territory with on-site and remote training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a veterinary or medical clinical environment.
• Sales or account management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of vet clinic workflows and diagnostic applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for new Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Support installation, adoption, and utilisation of VetScan Point of Care portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary clinics across the territory.
• Provide on-site and remote product training, education and application support.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with Technical Support teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services and Customer Support to maximise portfolio value.
• Apply a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand customer needs.
