Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Account Manager for Midlands & East of England to drive onboarding and ongoing success of VetScan diagnostics in veterinary practices. You will install, train, and support clinics, building long-term relationships and improving clinical workflows.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, IT proficiency, and a willingness to travel across the territory. A veterinary/medical background and driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience within a veterinary or medical clinical environment.
• Previous sales or account management experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary clinic workflows and diagnostic applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for new Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Supporting veterinary practices with installation, implementation, adoption and utilisation of VetScan Point of Care portfolio.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with veterinary clinics across territory.
• Providing on-site and remote product training, education and application support.
• Troubleshooting technical and operational issues with Technical Support teams.
• Collaborating with Sales, Technical Services and Customer Support to maximise value of Zoetis portfolio.
• Applying consultative, solution-selling approach to understand customer needs.
