Job summary

Zoetis Diagnostics Account Manager in the Midlands and East of England will drive customer success by onboarding veterinary practices to our VetScan Point of Care portfolio, ensuring smooth installation, adoption and ongoing value realization.

You will build lasting relationships with clinics across your territory, delivering on-site and remote training while collaborating with Sales, Technical Services and Customer Support to optimise patient care and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience within a veterinary or medical clinical environment.
• Sales or account management experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary/medical clinic workflows and diagnostic applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information confidently.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using technology. Experience with veterinary Practice Management Systems would be advantageous.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to support customers.
• Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
• A willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• Basic understanding of animal disease states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Support veterinary practices with the successful installation, implementation, adoption, and utilisation of the Zoetis VetScan Point of Care diagnostic portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary clinics across your territory.
• Provide both on-site and remote product training, education, and application support.
• Troubleshooting technical and operational issues in collaboration with our home-based Technical Support teams.
• Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical Services and Customer Support to maximise the value of the Zoetis Diagnostics portfolio.
• Apply a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand customer needs and help improve clinical workflows and patient care.
