Medivet Group in Richmond, a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital, is looking for a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and to help deliver exceptional care to pets and their owners. The role involves receptionist duties, handling inquiries, and supporting a fast-paced team in a caring, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greet clients on arrival and update records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients or rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online appointment slots are bookable.
• Process any repeat prescription order requests.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
