Medivet is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, handling reception duties, triaging emergencies, and managing the practice diary. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client care and supporting colleagues across the team.

The role requires strong numeracy, comfort with online booking systems, and a collaborative approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy veterinary practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and carry out reception duties.

• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure appointment slots are available for online booking.
• Process repeat prescription orders.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client care.
