inspiring vet care seeks a part-time Client Care Administrator for Southern Counties in Ringwood, Hampshire, covering a 12-month maternity leave. The role entails front-desk support, appointment management, and strong client communication to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

• Overseeing the practice email inbox, prioritising and efficiently responding to urgent communications from clients and referring veterinary practices.
• Providing telephone support, addressing client and referring practice enquiries in a professional manner.
• Arranging timely appointments for new referrals in coordination with clinicians.
• Reviewing clinical histories to extract relevant information to support clinical decisions.
• Coordinating retrieval of outstanding documents and addressing queries from clinicians.
• Processing payments (telephone and email).
• Managing emergency case prioritisation to facilitate prompt care and working with the clinical floor coordinator.
