inspiring vet care in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking a proactive Client Care Team Leader to drive day-to-day administration and coordinate the Client Care team within a large veterinary hospital. You will support colleagues, resolve client queries, and help maintain high service standards across referring practices.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on teamwork, effective communication and hands-on leadership in a busy client-facing setting.

• Hands-on leadership of the Client Care Administration team.
• Strong customer-focused service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate workloads and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to the Client Care Administration team.
• Act as first point of contact for operational queries and support colleagues in resolving issues.
• Coordinate and prioritise workloads to ensure key tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor team coverage and raise resourcing concerns with the Client Care Manager.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, professional team environment.
