inspiring vet care in the UK is seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join Highcroft Vet in Hailsham, East Sussex. The role is a permanent, full-time or part-time position with responsibilities for appointments, enquiries and the client/patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with attention to detail
• Friendly, organised and customer-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Responsabilités

• Greets clients and their pets and manages registration, appointments and insurance forms
• Supports the client journey by effective communication with clinical and non-clinical colleagues
• Works with a practice manager and clinical director to ensure smooth client and patient experiences
• Contributes to a welcoming, professional environment for clients and their pets
