Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in Ringwood, Hampshire, seeks a Client Care Administrator on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming experience and supporting client communications and appointments across a busy practice.

The role involves front-desk tasks, handling enquiries, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth client and patient journey. 24 hours over a 3-day week, with a lunchtime break.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a professional, welcoming manner.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the practice email inbox and responding to urgent client and referring practice communications.
• Providing efficient telephone support and handling client enquiries.
• Coordinating timely appointments for new referrals and reviewing clinical histories to aid clinical decisions.
• Managing outstanding documents and queries from clinicians and processing payments.
• Providing front-desk support and assisting clients at reception, including end-of-day reconciliations.
• Preparing client documentation packs ahead of appointments and ensuring correct client identification.
