Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire to recruit a Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting October half term 2026.

You will teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with planning and resources provided by the school, and there is no requirement to plan your own lessons. ECTs are encouraged to apply and consistency within one school is offered.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
• Able to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to safeguarding and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with no planning required.
• Deliver engaging lessons using school-provided planning and resources.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and inclusivity.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Work with teaching assistants and school staff.
