Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Ltd. is actively seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across Derby and Derbyshire. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term opportunities in welcoming primary schools, with flexible assignments to fit your schedule.

You will deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, follow planning or use pre-prepared materials, and maintain positive learning environments while adhering to safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons where required.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are adhered to at all times.
• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing assignments that suit your availability.
