Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire to recruit a Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting October half term 2026.

You will teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with planning and resources provided by the school, and there is no requirement to plan your own lessons. ECTs are encouraged to apply and consistency within one school is offered.

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Full-Time Long-Term Starting October Half Term 2026

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough that is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from October half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working across different age groups and is happy to provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. As you will be covering across the key stages, all planning and resources will be provided by the school, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils and building positive relationships.

About You

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

• Be confident working with pupils across different Primary year groups

• Be happy to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Be adaptable and able to quickly settle into different classrooms

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

• Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Be reliable, enthusiastic and professional

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
