Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience interviewing claimants and verifying documents.
• Strong fraud awareness and frontline risk control skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at Jobcentre locations with travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Jobcentre colleagues conducting interviews and verification activities.
• Conduct interviews to verify identification, housing costs, children and childcare costs within Universal Credit.
• Provide feedback on fraud trends to risk and intelligence teams.
