Partnering with iconic large-scale events, festivals, and brands, this family-run company supplies event and stadium public catering and bar services. They support over 400 of the UK's top events, reaching over 15 million people annually. The company offers diverse services across seven divisions, focusing on on-the-go F&B to enhance customer experiences.
As Operations Manager, you will ensure the successful execution of hospitality services for various events, from corporate to festivals and private parties. You will oversee end-to-end operations, manage on-site setups, coordinate staffing, oversee inventory, and liaise across departments to ensure smooth delivery. Your role includes working with finance on stock forecasting, collaborating with marketing on brand activations, and leading your team with a focus on high standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Ensuring health and safety compliance and fostering team performance will be key responsibilities.
We seek a confident leader with a strong background in high-volume hospitality or events. You should thrive under pressure, be experienced in managing logistics, and have at least three years of team management experience in a customer-facing environment. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, health and safety regulations, and data interpretation for post-event analysis are essential. A full UK driving license and flexibility with working hours are required, as events often occur outside standard hours.
