Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Store Manager to run the venue, perform admin and customer service duties, and ensure high professional standards. You will need excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 4 years in customer service and 2 years in a management role.

The role includes KPI oversight, staff recruitment, and daily leadership across the team. Shift pattern is 5 x 8 hour shifts with full flexibility Monday to Sunday; on-site venue management and a hands-on approach to operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years in a management role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage staff

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to ensure the venue meets KPIs and operates to a high standard
• Recruit venue staff to maintain service levels
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks
• Encourage and drive business during peak times and tournament days
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue
• Liaise with HR on staff matters
• Complete probation and return-to-work meetings when required
