Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a venue. You will act as venue manager in their absence and coordinate with area management to uphold high standards.

The role demands excellent customer service and at least 3 years in customer service, with a year in a supervisory or management role preferred. Shift pattern includes 40 hours per week across a 5x8 schedule, with days, evenings and overnights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• A year in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to ensure venue KPI targets are met in the absence of the Venue Manager.
• Delegate and support staff in their daily tasks.
• Drive business day to day, including peak times and tournament days.
• Perform key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue.
