Job summary

Lithia UK is offering a Vehicle Technician Apprentice position at Evans Halshaw Blackburn Ford. The role provides mentoring and exclusive internal training to become a qualified technician, with an IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance.

You will travel to the Henry Ford Academy in Daventry approximately 15 times during the apprenticeship for 5 days each time. The package includes a pension, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade C/4 in English, Maths and Science.
• A genuine passion for vehicles and learning.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to service vehicles and conduct checks.
• Diagnose, repair and replace vehicle parts as trained.
• Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain service records on in-house systems for customers.
