Job summary

Vertu Motors is recruiting Vehicle Technicians for its Northampton sites (Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Nissan). Roles span Service, Diagnostic, Senior, and Master Technician levels. Earn up to £47,780 basic with a £2,000 sign-on and £2,000 retention bonus, with Monday–Friday shifts and no Saturdays.

You'll join a business investing in people with extensive training opportunities, a 42-hour week, and flexible full-time patterns. A full UK driving licence and your own tools are required.

• A relevant Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician (any level).
• Your own set of tools.

What we offer:

• Competitive basic salary up to £47,780 (depending on skills, experience and accreditation)

Salary guide:

• Service & Maintenance Technicians – up to £37,700
• Service & Diagnostic Technicians – up to £40,220
• Senior Technicians – up to £42,740
• Master Technicians – up to £47,780

Additional qualifications such as MOT Tester or EV certification will further enhance your package.
