Job summary

Vertu Motors plc is recruiting Vehicle Technicians across Vertu Vauxhall Northampton, Vertu Peugeot Northampton and Vertu Nissan Northampton. You will join our workshop teams at all levels, from Service to Master Technician, with a strong focus on training and career progression.

Enjoy a 42-hour Monday–Friday week with no Saturdays, flexible full-time patterns, and a competitive salary up to £47,780 plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus and a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician (any level considered).
• Your own set of tools and a full UK driving licence.

What We Offer

• Competitive basic salary up to £47,780 (depending on skills, experience and accreditation)

Salary Guide

• Service & Maintenance Technicians – up to £37,700
• Service & Diagnostic Technicians – up to £40,220
• Senior Technicians – up to £42,740
• Master Technicians – up to £47,780

Additional qualifications such as MOT Tester or EV certification will further enhance your package.
