Job summary

Vertu Citroen and Ford Worcester is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team. Offering a basic salary up to £45,800 depending on skills and experience, this role includes a £4000 sign-on bonus, with £2000 paid in the first month and another £2000 in the thirteenth month.

• Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.

We are offering a basic salary up to £45,800depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40hour working weekplus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

We are also offering a £4000 sign on bonus, £2000 paid in month one and £2000 paid in month 13!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

We're looking for technicians across all levels and packages on offer are dependent upon experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
