Job summary

The role offers outstanding salary packages from £28,000 to £41,000 per year, based on skills and experience, with a 40-hour week, overtime on Saturdays and the potential for a £4,000 sign-on bonus. A full UK driving licence and your own tools are required.

Outstanding Salary Packages:

Earn between£28,000 and £41,000, based on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week, with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over‑performance bonus.

We’re also offering a£4000 sign-on bonus.You’ll receive £2000 when you join us and an additional £2000 in month 13 of your employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
• Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

Salary Tiers (Based on Skills and Accreditation)

• Prep Technician –Up to £35,000
• Service & Maintenance Technician– Up to £36,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician- Up to £38,600
• Senior Technician- Up to £41,000

What You’ll Need

• A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
• Hands‑on experience working as a Vehicle Technician at a main dealership
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
