Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is recruiting a skilled Vehicle Technician for a main dealership in Canterbury. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults, and road-test after repairs, using diagnostics and workshop equipment.

A Level 3 qualification and a valid UK driving licence are essential, with right to work in the UK. The role offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to develop within a well-established team in Canterbury.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.
• Previous Vehicle Technician experience in a workshop environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete minor and major mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults.
• Road-test vehicles following repairs.
• Use workshop equipment and diagnostic systems safely.
• Liaise with customers and Aftersales team when required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Vehicle Technician - Canterbury

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join a well-established main dealership in Canterbury. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Job Details

• Location: Canterbury
• Salary: £36,000 basic + bonus
• Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible working hours available
