Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician at a main dealership in Leatherhead. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Experience from a main dealership or independent garage is welcome. Salary is £37,000 basic with a bonus and uncapped OTE around £45,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous workshop experience in vehicle servicing and repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
• Ideally at least two years' workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work.
• Carry out authorised repairs to a high standard.
• Road-test vehicles following repairs where required.
• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. Ideally, candidates will have at least two years' workshop experience.
