Job summary

Hawk Hiring in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to perform diagnostics, routine servicing, and maintenance on luxury vehicles within a high‑standard workshop. You will diagnose faults, repair components, and ensure work meets manufacturer specifications.

The role is based in Aylesford, with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and potential Saturday morning rota, offering valuable training and development opportunities in a premium service environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven background as a Vehicle Technician (main dealer or strong independent experience).
• Strong mechanical diagnostic, fault-finding, and electronic capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform servicing and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems as needed.
• Work efficiently in a busy, professional workshop.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 basic (dependent on experience) + Performance Bonus Scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 (plus Saturday morning rota)
