Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is assisting a main dealership in Leatherhead to recruit a Vehicle Technician. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults, and complete health checks, ensuring work is performed to high standards.

Role requirements include a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, at least two years of workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
• At least two years of workshop experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
• Experience from main dealership or independent garage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work.
• Carry out authorised repairs to a high standard.
• Use workshop diagnostic equipment and technical information.
• Road-test vehicles following repairs where required.
• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately.

Vehicle Technician - Leatherhead

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join an established main dealership in Leatherhead. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. Ideally, candidates will have at least two years' workshop experience.

Job Details

• Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
• Salary:£37,000 basic + bonus
• Bonus: Uncapped bonus OTE 45k
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 - 6, No weekends
