Job summary

Halfords is expanding its Fusion centre and you will carry out interim, full and major services plus follow-up work such as tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension. This is a hands-on Vehicle Service Technician role with a strong customer-focus.

We offer on-target earnings up to £38,530, base of £31,500–£33,830 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £4,700 per year. Join a leading motoring retailer with excellent progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc).

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and any follow up repair work.
• Perform tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension work as required.
• Deliver high-quality customer service within Halfords Fusion centre environment.

Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance

Full UK driving licence
