Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to perform interim, full and major services and follow-up repairs, including tyres, brakes and suspension. The role offers an OTE up to £35,980 with a base salary of £31,480 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £4,500 per year.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to progress, with hybrid training and ATA/MOT qualifications supported.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services.
• Perform tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension repairs.
• Contribute to diagnosis and replacement of faulty components.

Skills

• On-target earnings up to £35,980
• Comprising a base salary of £31,480
