Job summary

BCA is seeking a Stock Administrator at our Tonbridge site to maximise the value of assets through efficient stock management and precise reporting. You will support repairs coordination and ensure vehicles are prepared for sale promptly.

You will deliver daily stock level reports, act as the primary contact for the online operations team, and help ensure cost-effective enhancement actions while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, with experience of Salesforce or similar systems an advantage.
• Proactive team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by delivering accurate daily reports on onsite stock levels
• Act as a central point of contact, responding efficiently to queries from the online operations team
• Identify vehicles that would benefit from value enhancement and liaise with the relevant teams to action improvements
• Review and validate system-generated enhancement requests to ensure resources are used effectively
• Coordinate cosmetic and mechanical repairs, ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard, and within agreed costs
