Job summary

BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is seeking a Stock Administrator to maximise the value of BCA-owned assets. You will manage stock, report on onsite levels, and coordinate repairs to ensure vehicles are sale-ready and deliver strong returns.

Your role includes producing daily stock reports, acting as a central contact for the online operations team, and coordinating value-enhancing improvements within budget and timelines. A proactive team player in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, with experience of Salesforce or similar systems an advantage.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by delivering accurate daily reports on onsite stock levels.
• Act as a central point of contact, responding efficiently to queries from the online operations team.
• Identify vehicles that would benefit from value enhancement and liaise with the relevant teams to action improvements.
• Review and validate system-generated enhancement requests to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate cosmetic and mechanical repairs, ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard, and within agreed costs.
