Job summary

BCA UK is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to drive the Bedford vehicle remarketing centre, overseeing yard operations,aftersales, production and workshop activities to maximise stock churn and sales performance.

You will ensure budget, safety and legal compliance, while leading departmental managers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams and multiple departments.
• Ability to monitor, forecast and manage budgets and financial trends.
• Strong IT skills and data literacy to drive operational decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and training when required.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Bedford remarketing centre across all departments.
• Drive customer experience, stock performance and revenue through effective processes.
• Deliver against budget, safety, wellbeing and legal compliance targets.
• Collaborate with other divisions and groups to standardise processes and adopt new tech.
