Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to perform interim, full and major services and handle follow-up repairs. You will work on tyres, brakes, steering and suspension as part of a busy service team.

The role offers on-target earnings up to £37,500, comprising a base salary up to £33,000, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £4,500 per year, and a supportive benefits package including generous leave and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driver's licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

• Carry out tyre, brake and air conditioning related service tasks as part of routine maintenance.
