Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician in Beauly to perform interim, full and major services and related repair work, including tyres and brakes. The role offers a base salary of £34,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £3,900 per year, and on-target earnings up to £37,900.

Working five days a week, you will have opportunities for progression and training including ATA and MOT qualifications as part of a supportive automotive service team.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major vehicle services.
• Perform follow-up repair and replacement work including tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension.
