Job summary

Nuvo Hiring in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to be the link between customers and our workshop team. This is a brand-new branch where you’ll shape the customer experience, working closely with the Workshop Controller and bringing your ideas, personality, and creativity to the role.

You’ll welcome customers, book vehicles into the workshop, prepare estimates, liaise with technicians, update customers on progress and costs, manage parts ordering and invoices,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive sector.
• Understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and workshop team.

What We’re Looking For

• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised and able to handle multiple jobs
• Comfortable using workshop or DMS computer systems
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Multi-brand vehicle experience
• Warranty administration knowledge
• Sales or upselling experience
