Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus UK is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid work options near Swindon, Manchester or Thurrock. You will manage the production journey from order through build to handover and invoicing.

The role requires motor trade experience and familiarity with ESA, Kerridge or SLI, plus strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure.

Qualifications

• Background in a role within motor trade or light vehicles.
• Experience using ESA, Kerridge or SLI systems.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong time management with excellent attention to detail.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of MAN Bus, Coach and Van products through full cycle.
• Oversee order to build through to handover and invoicing journey.
• Follow internal processes and meet key deadlines.
• Deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure vehicle handover is on time.
