Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus UK in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our busy branch on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support workshop workload and assist the parts department with ordering and invoicing for jobs.

You will manage cash and cheque handling, report time and sales statistics, and help keep budget information up to date. A proactive, flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
• Proactive and flexible approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload with the workshop and support parts ordering.
• Cost jobs and raise invoices from job cards/repair orders.
• Handle cash and cheques for completed work and parts used.
• Report time, hours sold, statistics and budget information as required.
