Job summary

Listers Group Limited is recruiting a Vehicle Sales Administrator for our Stratford-upon-Avon Volkswagen Dealership. The role supports the retail sales team with order processing, paperwork, and finance documentation in a busy environment. Hours are 8.30am–5pm, Mon–Fri (40 hours).

Salary includes a basic up to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus, with training provided and opportunities within the dealership group.

Qualifications

• Highly organised administrator capable of supporting a busy sales team.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and departments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure paperwork is accurate and secure.
• Ability to work independently or in a team to deliver a smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle orders and associated administration for the sales team.
• Tax vehicles, collate finance paperwork and track orders for Retail Managers.
• Prioritise workload and manage scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Liaise between customers and in-house departments to meet customer requirements.
