Listers Group Limited in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Dealership. Working hours include Monday to Saturday with a day off, Sundays on a rota, and mix of early/late shifts.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, matching customers to vehicles and securing features and add-ons to suit lifestyle, from financing to contracts, with a target to deliver total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or retail is preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to build rapport and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and exceed expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls and enquiries.
• Maximise profit by achieving KPIs for unit sales, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurate data collection.
